Privacy Policy
How Precision Plate System collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects limited personal information in a minimal-access-control model.
Plain English Summary
- PPS collects limited information needed for login, access control, purchase and access fulfillment, support, security, and normal site operation.
- PPS does not use its backend as a nutrition log, biometric tracker, meal-history database, or health-record system.
- Payment providers and third-party AI tools are separate from PPS and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
- Some information may be processed by service providers such as Firebase, Stripe, Beacons.ai, Make.com, Hostinger, and YouTube, depending on how PPS is configured.

1. Who we are
Quinn Wilson operates the Precision Plate System ("PPS"), a login-protected digital educational product and website. PPS teaches users how to use their own AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, as nutrition and behavior-support tools.
This Privacy Policy applies to the PPS website, account access flow, support communications, embedded media, and purchase and access-fulfillment workflows operated by Quinn Wilson. It is written in plain English for a Canadian-based commercial digital product and is intended to support a conservative, minimal-collection approach.
Privacy
2. What information we collect
PPS aims to collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the service, control access, fulfill purchases, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on how you interact with PPS, this may include the following types of information collected by PPS itself or received by PPS from service providers involved in account access, purchases, or customer support.
- Account and login information, such as your email address, authentication identifiers, and basic account status information
- Whitelist and access-control information, such as normalized email address, approval status, access source, and limited order-reference metadata used to grant or manage access
- Transaction and fulfillment information needed to process a purchase, confirm access eligibility, activate access, prevent fraud, handle disputes, or maintain business records
- Support and contact information, such as your name, email address, message contents, and anything you choose to send to us in a support request
- Basic technical and security information, such as IP address, browser or device information, login events, timestamps, and operational logs generated during normal website use
- Embedded-media and website-operation information that may be generated when third-party content, such as YouTube video embeds, is loaded
Privacy
3. What we do not collect in our backend
PPS is not designed to act as a meal-tracking backend, health-record system, or clinical database. PPS does not intentionally store nutrition logs, biometrics, meal history, macro history, or other ongoing health-tracking data in Firebase or Firestore as part of normal product operation.
That means PPS does not intentionally maintain ongoing backend collections for user meal logs, user nutrition history, biometric history, or clinical health records.
- No stored nutrition logs in Firestore for normal PPS use
- No stored biometrics or body-measurement history in Firestore for normal PPS use
- No stored meal-history or macro-history collections in Firestore for normal PPS use
- No backend health-tracking dashboard data created by PPS
Privacy
4. How we use information
We use personal information only for purposes reasonably necessary to operate PPS and related business workflows. Those purposes may include creating and securing accounts, enforcing whitelist-based access, processing and fulfilling purchases, responding to support requests, sending account or service notices, maintaining site security, handling disputes or chargebacks, and meeting legal, accounting, tax, record-keeping, or fraud-prevention obligations.
We do not use PPS as a hidden nutrition-data warehouse or health-tracking platform. If we do not need information for login, access control, payments, support, or site operation, we aim not to collect it.
Privacy
5. Consent and legal basis style notice
By using PPS, creating an account, making a purchase, contacting support, or otherwise interacting with the service, you acknowledge that PPS may collect, use, and disclose personal information as described in this policy where reasonably necessary to operate the website and business.
Where consent is required under applicable law, we rely on your informed consent or your clear request for the relevant action, such as creating an account, logging in, making a purchase, contacting support, or loading optional third-party content. In some cases, information may also be processed where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, contractual performance, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted by applicable law.

6. Site-operator-collected information vs payment-processor information vs third-party AI tools
It is important to distinguish between information collected or accessed by PPS, information collected by payment processors or checkout tools, and information you choose to provide independently to third-party AI tools.
- PPS-collected or PPS-accessed information: account access information, whitelist/access-control data, support messages, and transaction or access status information reasonably needed to operate PPS
- Payment-processor or checkout-provider information: payment details, billing details, and other purchase data collected directly by providers such as Stripe or Beacons.ai under their own terms and privacy policies
- Third-party AI tool information: anything you choose to type, paste, upload, or ask inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or another AI tool is handled by that provider, not by PPS, unless you separately send it to PPS through a support channel
Privacy
7. Third-party service providers
PPS may use third-party service providers and infrastructure partners to operate parts of the site, login flow, access control, payment and fulfillment process, support workflow, hosting environment, or embedded media experience. These providers process information only as needed for their roles and under their own terms, policies, and data-handling practices.
- Firebase Authentication for login and account access control
- Cloud Firestore for whitelist access control only
- Stripe for payment processing and purchase-related workflows where used
- Beacons.ai for checkout or access-activation workflow components where used
- Make.com for purchase and access automation where used
- Hostinger for site hosting and related infrastructure
- YouTube for unlisted embedded video delivery where used
Privacy
8. Payments
PPS may use third-party payment and checkout providers to process purchases and assist with access fulfillment. PPS generally should not receive or store full payment card details directly in its own application unless the business intentionally adds that functionality and updates this policy accordingly.
PPS may receive limited transaction and fulfillment information, such as your purchaser email, transaction status, access-activation details, or limited order-reference information needed to verify eligibility, activate access, respond to support requests, manage disputes, or maintain business records.
Privacy
9. Authentication and access control
PPS uses Firebase Authentication for login and Cloud Firestore for whitelist-based access control. In this model, Firestore is used for access-control status only and not for user nutrition or health-data storage as part of normal PPS operation.
To operate access control, PPS may process account identifiers, approved email addresses, normalized email addresses, sign-in events, and limited metadata necessary to determine whether access should be granted, denied, maintained, or revoked.
Privacy
11. Data retention
PPS keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account administration, access control, support, purchase fulfillment, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and tax or accounting obligations.
Whitelist and access-control records may be retained while needed to manage access or document business records. Support records may be retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain reasonable internal records. When information is no longer reasonably needed, PPS will aim to delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational requirements.
Privacy
12. Safeguards
PPS aims to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information it actually collects. These may include access restrictions, authentication controls, provider security features, internal process limits, and reasonable website-security measures.
No website, vendor stack, storage system, or internet transmission is completely secure. For that reason, PPS cannot promise absolute security. Users should also protect their own devices, passwords, and accounts.
Privacy
13. International transfers
PPS and its service providers may store or process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions depending on provider configuration and infrastructure choices. Information processed outside your home jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of that other jurisdiction, including lawful access by courts, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities.
Provider infrastructure and data flows may change over time. If those locations change in a way that materially affects this policy, PPS may update this section to reflect the new processing footprint.
Privacy
14. User rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information PPS holds about you, request correction of inaccuracies, ask questions about how your information is used, or request deletion or withdrawal of consent in some circumstances.
These rights are not absolute. PPS may need to retain certain information to maintain account integrity, document transactions, comply with law, respond to disputes, prevent fraud, or protect the business and its users. PPS may also need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
Privacy
15. Children and minors
PPS is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase or use PPS.
Privacy
16. Changes to this policy
PPS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, operational, legal, or vendor changes. When that happens, PPS may update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Privacy
